Usually all the work of the photographer and videographer happens at the same time.
At the moments of staged shots, it’s about the same: for example, a photographer offers you a setting, we shoot it on video at the same time as him.
If the photographer's posed shot doesn't quite fit the video, we wait for the photographer to shoot their idea, then we make small changes (for example, add movement if the scene is too static) and shoot.
During reporting moments (ceremony, reception), we agree on shooting points so as not to interfere with each other and everyone gets great shots.
